Everyone was kind, welcoming, and professional at the Shadeland Avenue Dawes Fretzin. I felt confident in their care. I went in for a general dermatology appointment as a new patient and it was the first time I have had a truly positive experience at a dermatologist. They explained everything to me clearly, valued my concerns, and answered all of my questions. It was obvious they cared about their patients having a positive experience and quality care.
Dr. Hyatt is a top flight physician and professional. And her warmth invites discussion of patients concerns. I couldn't be happier with the experience. I was also impressed with the office staff. The caring and consideration is exemplary.
I gave it 4 stars because it is difficult to get in with Dr. Dawes….must plan ahead. However if need to see his NP, she is great. I had a spot that I was concerned about. Dr. Dawes could not see me for a long time and I was concerned about this spot. I could get in with his NP and as I stated she was great. She diagnosed it as nothing to be concerned about and to confirm her diagnosis she called in Dr. Dawes. Her diagnosis was spot on. Have been a patient since Dr. Dawes started his practice and he is wonderful. He is thorough, takes his time and is very conservative. I feel safe in his hands! Everyone is friendly and in all these years I have never had a bad experience.
I was greeted professionally and had to only wait about ten minutes to be called to the examining room. I was actually 20 minutes early for my appointment. Another 10 minutes and the factor came in. He gave me a through examination and answered my questions. Ten minutes later I was walking out the door. Very professional, congenial and competent group of healthcare providers.
I was blown away with how efficient this office was ran. I’ve never seen anything like it. They were fully staffed, and everyone seemed to know just where to be. Seriously very impressive. Dr. Fretzin was great too. Very personable, and listened well.
After reading the reviews, I’m thrilled for everyone that they have had such a wonderful experience and I most likely would too if I could just get an appointment scheduled. I am on my fourth call to them -starting a chart two times and getting disconnected each time and nothing found when I call back. As lovely as they sound I think I’ll have to find a group that I can actually finish the conversation and get an appointment scheduled
I recently moved to Fishers and needed to find a new Dermatologist. I saw Dr. Dawes after one of my new neighbors recommended him. I am glad I did! His staff effectively identified my issues so that when Dr. Dawes came in he was up to speed on my problems and able to address them fully. Dr. Dawes spent time examining me and discussing previous treatments I had undergone. Specific medicines to resolve my skin conditions were prescribed. Simply said - Dr. Dawes is an excellent dermatologist!!
Dr Isaacs was professional, thorough and addressed all my concerns. Jenny was a delight. My critique is that patients are scheduled every 10 minutes and I wasn’t seen until 45 minutes after my appointment time.
